Lady Core introduces a workout grounded in the principles of the Pilates Mat method, infused with elements of Yoga, along with exercises incorporating added resistance.

These exercises make use of diverse props such as Pilates balls, Pilates rings, yoga blocks, bands, dumbbells, and more.

Lady Core Light is a gentler version of the Lady Core exercise program, tailored for beginners who haven't been exposed to higher physical demands (more challenging exercises).
